Statutory right of withdrawal and its expiry under § 356 (5) BGB.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (support@jexcellence.de ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
Expiry of the right of withdrawal (§ 356 (5) BGB)
For a contract to supply digital content not delivered on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires if:
you have expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the withdrawal period ends,
you have acknowledged that, by giving your consent to performance beginning, you lose your right of withdrawal, and
we have provided you with confirmation of this on a durable medium (e.g. the order confirmation by email).
This consent is given at checkout by ticking the corresponding checkbox. Without this consent, delivery only takes place after the withdrawal period has ended.
