How applying works

- Short voice callA 15-to-30-minute chat on Discord. Clarify expectations on both sides, no trick questions.
- Trial phaseIf it fits, a two-week trial with limited permissions follows. After that, both sides decide again.
- Full roleAfter a successful trial you get full permissions, your team card here on the page (optional) and internal channels.
