Owner · Lead Developer · Server Architect
One person is behind MythBlock. From the first OneBlock tick to the last pixel of the website, plugin code, server infrastructure and design come from one hand. Minecraft since Beta 1.7.
Administrator
The right hand in the engine room. Moderation, player support and smooth day-to-day operations. Keeps MythBlock running.
Moderation
Keeps the server fair and clean. Reports, bans, conflict mediation. Experience moderating Discord or MC communities required.
Community
Organise events, curate the gallery, onboard new players. Comfortable in German and English.
Building
Builds spawn areas, event maps and season themes. Experience with WorldEdit or Litematica preferred.
Names, handles and bios are released for publication voluntarily by the crew members (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR). Revocable any time via support@jexcellence.de.
What the crew does
From the plugin to support, there's no outsourced provider stalling you. Two areas, the same people.
Code & plugin
The whole OneBlock plugin, the season logic and the chain system run on self-written code. No outsourced provider sits in between.
Community
Moderation, player support and the direct line into the Discord. Community feedback flows straight into the next season.
How applying works
No long forms. We want to know who you are and whether it fits on both sides. The rest sorts itself out in conversation.
Reach out on Discord
Send the team role a short intro: who you are, which position interests you, how much time you have.
Short voice call
A 15-to-30-minute chat on Discord. Clarify expectations on both sides, no trick questions.
Trial phase
If it fits, a two-week trial with limited permissions follows. After that, both sides decide again.
Full role
After a successful trial you get full permissions, your team card here on the page (optional) and internal channels.
What we stand for
These four sentences decide how we build the server and how the crew works. Whoever joins carries them too.
Fair above all
No bought advantage on the leaderboard. This rule stands above every crew decision.
Communicate honestly
We say openly what's planned, what's done and what's still in the works. No empty promises.
Play it ourselves
The crew plays its own server. Problems catch our eye before they grow.
React fast
Support is Discord-first. You get answers from people who really know the server.
